WOC qualification model from 2014 onwards

The qualification model for the World Orienteering Championships is now ready. It was presented to the national federations at the Presidents’ Conference last week (11 July 2013), and after the Presidents’ Conference the Council decided to approve the model with the modification that points are always counted from two previous World Championships, not one.
