Updated application form for eligibility for paralympic class

All athletes wishing to compete in paralympic class in IOF Trail Orienteering events, but not having a valid eligibility certificate, need to apply for eligibility for paralympic class no later than eight weeks before the planned competition.
The eligibility application form has been updated for 2012. Please only use this new form when applying:
