Tove Alexandersson did not have the best day on Friday in the sprint race. The beginning went well, but after the spectator control she started to run towards a wrong control. After that she lost concentration for the rest of the race.

The middle race went much better: she was the second fastest of the women! However, Tove says she did not feel good when running, and she had some problems with the paths and the green areas. Altogether, she said, she lost around two minutes to mistakes.

“Today’s course was demanding, with a lot of route choices”, Tove says.

Tove is looking forward to Sunday’s sprint relay, where Sweden is one of the favourites. After The World Games, Tove’s goal for this season are the last races in the World Cup.
