The World Games: Hanny is definitely back
Posted on | July 18, 2009 | Category: News
If there was any question yesterday about whether Hanny Allston is back in the game for real, today the answer is clear. The Australian sprint world champion from 2006 is on top again. She won The World Games middle distance with an impressive winning margin of over one minute.
Yesterday’s winner Minna Kauppi made several mistakes during the course and could not really challenge Hanny Allston. Denmark’s hope, Signe Søes, lost the bronze medal on the second last control to Linnea Gustafsson, Sweden.
