The British team has been training sprint – and it can be seen! In the men’s class, Murray Strain and Scott Fraser finished 6th and 7th, and in the women’s class Tessa Hill 9th and Catherine Taylor 19th. And there were chances for even more: Murray actually made a mistake to the 16th control that cost him 10 seconds! He was 4 seconds from bronze medal.

Scott Fraser says he had a good race, but he “hit the wall” after the spectator control. “The heat is something we don’t have in Scotland”, Scott says. He will not participate in the middle distance on Saturday, because Great Britain has big plans for the mixed relay on Sunday. “It is something we are looking forward to”, Scott says.
