Start slot allocation model for MTB orienteering long distance

The IOF Council has now decided on the start slot allocation model for the long distance event at the World MTB Orienteering Championships. The IOF MTB Orienteering Commission revised their proposal on the model after discussing the results from the hearing with the national federations, and the revised proposal was approved by the Council.

This model will already be used for this year’s long distance race at the World Championships in Estonia.
