Organisers handbook for Trail Orienteering Secretariat published

The IOF Trail Orienteering Commission has published a Handbook for Organisers of Trail Orienteering events.
The main purpose of the handbook is how to set up a secretariat that will produce fast and accurate results at a TrailO event. It specifically targets organizers of international championship events, i.e. World and Regional Championships, but can also be used for other TrailO events.
The handbook describes the procedures from the time of arrival of the competitors at the finish line until the results are published.
