Matthias Kyburz – missed Sprint to try for what he misses

Posted on | August 4, 2015 | Category: Arena

Everything is very fine, but Matthias Kyburz was not taking part in the individual Sprint. That’s due to what’s coming afterwards. “I felt it was too much to take part in all individual disciplines”, he says.

The former Sprint champion from Switzerland has the biggest individual goal for what’s coming in this championship. “I want to get my first medal in an individual race in the forest”.

His best performance so far is a fourth place on the Middle Distance at WOC in Finland two years ago.

He took part in the Sprint Relay, but that ended not so well. Judith Wyder finished injured and there were no medals for Switzerland. Last year Matthias was in the winning team in the Sprint Relay.
