Long distance winners from USA and Canada

The North American Orienteering Championships in Arnprior, Canada, continued on Sunday with an excellent long distance race. IOF Senior Event Adviser David Rosen comments: “The courses were testing and few runners had a clean run.”
Samantha Saeger (USA) was the fastest on the women’s course, and Robbie Anderson (CAN) on the men’s. They, as well as Middle Distance winners Sandra Lauenstein (USA) and Brian May (CAN) get a personal place in next years World Orienteering Championships in the format they won.
