IOF LiveCenter was first tested at competition yesterday during World Orienteering Championships Sprint in Venice, Italy. The LiveCenter offered live GPS tracking and web-TV. Speaker sound was not working well yesterday, but hopefully it will in the future events. The address is livecenter.orienteering.org.
Some users experienced problems with logging in to the LiveCenter after buying a ticket at shop.orienteering.org. Traxmeet reported the following problems that they were aware of:
– Two users had mailbox over quota and therefore did not receive the email with the access code.
– One user had misspelled his email address in the form.
– At least three users found their access code in their spam box.
– One problem was unclear.
When you buy a ticket, you will receive two emails. In the latter one you will find the access code, which will look like this: (example) 548E-2FAE-F96F-4630. That is the code you should ue in LiveCenter.
The past events are free to watch without paying.
