Khrennikov and Gros win at CISM Winter World Games

Athletes from 17 countries competed today on middle distance ski orienteering race at the first CISM Winter Military World Games. This year’s World Cup winner Eduard Khrennikov, Russia, was fastest even in Italy and took a convincing victory before Norway’s Eivind Tonna. Women’s race was really tight: Christelle Gros, France, finished only 0.1 seconds before Natalia Naumova, Russia.
