Third gold for Ida Bobach in these championships – and three gold medals in the junior men’s class! It was an incredible middle distance at the Junior World Championships today.
Danish women were strong on the middle distance; only Tove Alexandersson, 2nd, managed to keep up with their speed. Emma Klingenberg finished third – her third medal at these championships, and Ita Klingenberg fourth.
In the men’s class Robert Merl, Austria, Dmitry Nekonechnyy, Russia and Topias Tiainen, Finland, finished all with the time 25:43. For the first time ever in an IOF Event the gold was shared between three runners!
