Joint Event Advisers Clinic for foot and MTB orienteers

For the first time in IOF history, an event advisers clinic is organised for participants representing different disciplines. The clinic in Czech Republic 26-27 February will have joint programme for foot and mountain bike orienteers, as well as separate sessions concentrating on discipline-specific issues. Edmond Széchényi, Acting Chairman of the IOF Mountain Bike Orienteering Commission, sees the clinic as a big step forward. “All event adviser clinics should be joint seminars for all disciplines. There is a lot we can learn from each other”, Széchényi says.
