IOF Membership is growing

The Orienteering Federation of Singapore (OFS) has applied for IOF membership. Their application fulfils the requirements for membership, provided that the OFS provides final proof of recognition by the National Olympic Committee of Singapore, and the IOF Council have approved it. The membership is to be confirmed by the IOF General Assembly in 2018.
After providing a report of their activities, the I.R. Iran Orienteering Association applied for their current provisional member status be changed to that of Member of the IOF. The Council have therefore approved the I.R.Iran Orienteering Association as a Member of the IOF, to be confirmed by the IOF General Assembly in 2018.
Following these successful applications, the IOF has 67 Members and 4 provisional members (71 members in total).
