The IOF Ski Orienteering Commission welcomes you to the IOF Ski Orienteering Event Advisers’ Clinic in May 2009.
This Event Advisers’ Clinic is organised for education and recruitment of new IOF licensed Ski Orienteering Event Advisers. The national orienteering federations are kindly asked to identify and enter suitable candidates.

Venue: Helsinki, Finland
Programme: The clinic programme will consist of lectures, discussions and group work.
Material: The following IOF publications will be used at the Clinic:
– Competition Rules for IOF Ski Orienteering Events
– International Specification for Orienteering Maps (ISOM) 2000
– Map Specification for Ski Orienteering 2002
– IOF Control Descriptions
– The Leibnitz Convention
The material is available at the IOF website www.orienteering.org. The participants are asked to download and acquaint themselves with the material beforehand.
