Invitation to the IOF High Level Event Seminar in Oslo-Gardermoen, Norway, 7-8 February 2009

The IOF High Level Event Seminar is meant for organisers and potential organisers of future events, key persons of IOF High Level Events, and for already licensed SEA and EA’s. The national orienteering federations are kindly asked to identify and enter suitable candidates.
The Norwegian Orienteering Federation, in cooperation with the International Orienteering Federation, is pleased to invite you to the IOF High Level Event Seminar to be held in Oslo, Norway, 7–8 February 2009.
The core of this clinic will be the following issues:
-Event organisation model
-Demands for different distances and different type of events
-Accommodation and transport matters
-IT-infrastructure/technology
-Planning of arenas
-Arena production and its impact on general planning (course layouts, event timelines etc.)
