High Level Event Seminar 2017

The International Orienteering Federation, in cooperation with the Polish Orienteering Federation, is pleased to announce that the 2017 IOF High Level Event Seminar is to be held 4-5 February in Warsaw, Poland.
This seminar, organised yearly since the start in 2009, has become an important event, each year attracting 50-75 attendees from about 15-20 nations. The seminar targets appointed organisers, potential future organisers and key persons of IOF High Level Events, including already appointed IOF Senior Event Advisers and Assistant Senior Event Advisers.
The 2017 edition will focus on experience sharing and will have dedicated sessions for experience sharing for future WOC and – as a novelty – future JWOC organisers. The plan is to discuss TV-productions and again have a dedicated session for IT professionals. Upon feedback received in recent years, the plan is to make the 2017 High Level Event Seminar more practical than in previous years.
So make sure not to miss this excellent opportunity, save the date now! National Orienteering Federations will be asked to identify and enter suitable candidates, so keep an eye out for the official invitation in November 2016.
