Posted on | March 21, 2011 | Category: News
The world ski orienteering elite gathers this week in Tänndalen, Sweden, when the 2011 World Ski Orienteering Championships kick off. The organisers promise good terrain, demanding courses and of course gps tracking on the best athletes. In addition, the new touch free punching system will be used, which enables punching at a control without stopping.
Reports from the World Championships will be published on the IOF website throughout the week. There will also be interviews of the athletes and coaches in the Around the Arena section on the IOF front page.
On the organisers’ homepage you’ll find online video and results from all events.
