All WRE participants need an IOF ID

EDIT 2016-09-05: All athletes need an IOF ID when they enter to World Ranking Events and other IOF major events. If you do not have an IOF ID one can be created in IOF Eventor. To go straight to IOF Eventor click here. To receive an IOF ID press “Create User Account”
