Emit has published user instructions for the Emit Touch Free System. The punching system is currently approved for all IOF ski orienteering events as well as World Ranking Events in foot orienteering.

In the final individual competition of the North American Orienteering Championships, Sprint, around the town of Arnprior, Damian Konotopetz (CAN) won the men’s race by just two seconds from Will Critchley (CAN).

The IOF Council has approved the Special Rules for MTB Orienteering World Cup 2015. Next year’s World Cup will be held in three countries – Hungary, Portugal and the Czech Republic – and the program will consist of eight individual races and three relays.
