The World Orienteering Championships will be broadcast on US television for the first time in history, and the schedule has now been confirmed.

The long distance race for junior men was 9.9 kilometres long with 620 metres of climbing. The fastest of all was Piotr Parfianowicz, Poland, who won with the time 69:21.
