This afternoon’s Sprint Final takes place close to the shores of Lake Geneva in down-town Lausanne, in the region of the Olympic Park and with the finish in a superb location right beside the city’s yacht harbour.

Matt Ogden, New Zealand pulled out the race of his life to take the men’s Middle distance title by 13 seconds today. The young Swedish star Tove Alexandersson won her second gold medal of the week.

Best result in today’s Middle distance qualification heats at Košice, Slovakia was achieved by Emily Kemp, Canada, bronze medallist at Long distance two days ago. She won her heat by 1 minute 28 seconds.
