Tove Alexandersson, Sweden and the Russian Eduard Khrennikov won today’s Sprint with winning margins of 34 and 45 seconds respectively. Both had fastest times throughout.

Russia was the most dominant nation in Round 1 of the SkiO World Cup, their best athlete being Andrey Lamov who won all three races.

Winners of today’s Long Distance race were favourites Tove Alexandersson, Sweden and Andrey Lamov, Russia. Both were able to ski into the finish under no pressure.
