Athletes’ Commission for Trail Orienteering

The IOF Council has, at its meeting in Helsinki, established an Athletes’ Commission for Trail Orienteering. After the decision, all four IOF disciplines have an Athletes’ Commission.
The newly established Trail Orienteering Athletes’ Commission has six members:
Anne Straube, Coordinator (GER)
Jasminka Cindric Perkovic (CRO)
Bohuslav Hulka (CZE)
Lauri Kontkanen (FIN)
Anna Råberg (SWE)
Masayuki Tashiro (JPN)
The role of the IOF Athletes’ Commissions is advisory, and they liaise with and provide advice, through the chairperson, to the IOF Council and the discipline commissions on rules, event programmes, fairness and other matters relevant to the elite athlete and world elite orienteering.
