First World University Ski Orienteering Championships

The first World University Ski Orienteering Championships will take place in Tula region in Russia 11-16 February 2016.
The World University Championships is a great arena for athletes to develop from junior to senior category and a fantastic possibility to experience a top level event. In 1998 Tula Region organised the Junior World Championships in Ski Orienteering. The Orienteering Federation of Tula region are again looking forward to welcome young and inspired Ski Orienteers from all over the world.
The preliminary entry deadline for the event is 11th August. All interested students between the age of 17 and 28 at the 1st of January 2016 should show their interest to their national university sports federation and their national orienteering federation.
