Lundanes on the way back

Olav Lundanes didn’t take part in the races in this World Cup round, but he believes he will not just be in the audience so much more.
During the last week the Norwegian triple individual World Champion has been training eight–nine times. “I have been training from 30 to 45 minutes each time and that has been working very well”, he says.
Earlier, Olav had to decrease the level of training as his body was telling him it was getting too much. “But now I’m feeling better”, he says. Olav hopes to be in more normal training very soon, because he needs a longer period with a lot of training on the way to WOC.
As he won the Middle distance at WOC last year, he has a free place on that distance if he is in the Norwegian team.
This coming weekend he will not take part in Jukola: that could be a bit too risky, he thinks.
