Guidelines for organisers of World Orienteering Championships
Posted on | September 30, 2009 | Category: News
A first edition of WOC Guidelines has been published. These Guidelines are designed to help World Orienteering Championships organisers interpret IOF rules and be well prepared for the scale and complexity of the work involved in organising a WOC.
The guidelines are not a complete set of instructions for organising the competition, but they aim to cover the special features of organising World Championships.
The WOC Guidelines are based on experience in past WOCs, and they will be changed and improved on the basis of further experience.
