Record number of participants for HLES 2015!

The IOF High Level Event Seminar, also known as the “HLES”, will set a new participation record this year.
The seminar, which focuses on education and experience sharing for organisers of top-level international orienteering events, will be staged 7-8 February in Tallinn, Estonia, close to Tallinn international airport.
This year 77 delegates and lecturers from 18 nations have entered. Entries include all appointed organisers of the World Orienteering Championships (2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018) as well as organisers of the World Masters Orienteering Championships 2015 and 2016 and many others.
The seminar consists of both common sessions and three parallel blocks with special focus on Elite Foot Orienteering / World Orienteering Championships, World Masters Orienteering Championships and Information Technology respectively. For full programme please click here.
