World Cup 2014 Special Rules available

The IOF Council has approved the Special Rules for World Cup 2014. The main change in the Special Rules is that all competitions will count for the overall World Cup standings. World Cup 2014 will consist of 14 competitions and 5 rounds as follows:
Round 1: Middle distance in Turkey (1 March)
Round 2: Long and Middle distance in Spain (5-6 April) &
EOC Sprint, Middle and Long distance in Portugal (9-16 April)
Round 3: Middle and Long distance in Kongsberg, Norway (7-8 June) &
Sprint in Imatra, Finland (11 June)
Round 4: WOC Sprint, Long and Middle distance in Trentino-Veneto, Italy (5-13 July)
Round 5: Middle distance and Sprint in Liestal, Switzerland (4-5 October)
In 2014 there will also be an unofficial Sprint Relay World Cup organised in Turkey, Finland, Italy and Switzerland in order to test the new Sprint Relay format. The more specific schedule is the following:
Event 1: 2 March, Antalya, Turkey
Event 2: 12 June, Imatra, Finland
Event 3: 7 July, Trentino-Veneto, Italy
Event 4: 3 October, Liestal, Switzerland
